Art & Theatre Amphitheatre
Set amid the beautiful landscape of coastal town Salacgriva, northern Latvia, the Positivus music and art festival is the largest of its kind in the Baltic states. Positivus Festival has maintained the unique charm generated right from its first year and keeps delivering an eclectic mix of musical genres and an inimitable atmosphere to the 30’000 festival goers passing through its gates over the course of three days. The long summer nights all but guarantee plentiful sun, whilst the festival’s location complete with a beach and lush woodland ensures a lungful or two of fresh Nordic air to go with the sunny spells. Those tired out by the music and entertainment can hide away in the sand dunes, take a nap in hammocks slung between the pine trees, or have a splash in the Baltic Sea.
