2025 European Talent Exchange – Festival Funding Claim

YOUROPE – The European Festival Association is a platform partner of ESNS in the European Talent Exchange project. YOUROPE collects the contributions of the participating festivals as well as your data in order to initiate your claims of funding for the respective artist bookings.

In this form we ask you for all relevant information needed to initiate the funding from ESNS to you. Filling in this form creates a PDF that works as claim document for the financial support of up to three artists from the program. Clicking “Submit” triggers mails with the document to you and ESNS alike. ESNS will send a confirmation if the claim is confirmed. The bank transfer will take no longer than three weeks from ESNS to you.

Please remember: all booked artists need to be from different countries, which are not your home country. As always we ask you for photos to prove the shows have taken place (If you have not taken any, please check the artists’ social channels. It is very likely they have covered the shows).

Also, please be aware that you are only entitled to claim the funds if your contribution has been paid. The respective payment request has been sent to you in March 2025.
