In this 3F Communication Kit published by YOUROPE – The European Festival Association, you can find information on YOUROPE, its 3-year EU-funded project “3F Future-Fit Festivals“, and some useful project outputs. Festivals are free to use all materials in their own communication. The following lists the contents of each folder:

Folder: _Information about Yourope & 3F:
  • Folder “Logos”: Contains all logos of YOUROPE, 3F and the “Co-funded by the EU” logo that needs to be included in communication about the project.
  • 3F Future-Fit Festivals – Quotes: A press release with quotes on the importance of 3F by YOUROPE representatives.
  • About 3F – Future-Fit Festivals: A press release explaining 3F, including key questions and outputs.
  • About YOUROPE – Quotes: A collection of quotes about the importance of YOUROPE.
  • Press Release – Yourope’s contributions: A press release with info on what the association has achieved in the first two project years of 3F.
Folder: 3F Campaign Guide for Festivals
  • Contains the 3F Campaign Guide for Festivals that was released in 2022. It is a guide explaining how to effectively create communication campaigns.
Folder: European Green Festival Roadmap 2030
  • Contains the European Green Festival Roadmap 2030, which was released in 2023. It is a detailed guideline for festivals to become climate neutral with concrete measures and timelines.
Folder: Photos
  • Contains photos of 3F-related events, YOUROPE experts and some YOUROPE member festivals.
Folder: Questions for visitor surveys
  • Contains a document with 11 survey modules dedicated to different topics that festivals can use in their own visitor feedback surveys. Questions can be copied for free without giving credit.
Folder: Storytelling – good-practice examples
  • Contains 15 detailed case studies on festivals that have excelled in a certain area. Areas range from energy, food, and travel to social innovation.
  • Contains social media assets (Instagram and Facebook) for festivals to use in their communication, if they wish to communicate about these case studies.
  • Contains a doc with short texts about each case study, if festivals wish to communicate about the case studies.
