Best practice: Superbloom’s services for people with disabilities
Munich-based Superbloom Festival has seen a tenfold increase in attendees with disabilities in just four years. IQ Magazine interviewed Fruzsina Szép (managing and festival director), Christian Brüser (head of brand & festival) and Ron Paustian (founder and director of Inklusion Muss Laut Sein). They talked about how they achieved that and how Superbloom can serve as a catalyst for positive change not only in the music industry, but in the whole society.
