3rd seminar on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Festivals

YOUROPE and its working group on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), WIRE Group, are excited to bring their traveling DEI seminar format to Prague Music Week. Czechia’s conference for music, technology, and creativity will host the third edition of the seminar on November 3 & 4, 2026. The seminar is open to members and non-members alike! Participation is free.

Date: Tuesday, November 3, 10-17h + Wednesday, November 4, 10-16:00h
Venue: Pavilion Bohemia, Prague Exhibition Grounds, Výstaviště 391, 170 00 Praha 7-Holešovice, Czechia

Our Offer

Joining the seminar entails:

Free participation in our two-day DEI seminar
A free guided walking tour through Prague
A free dinner in a restaurant with Czech cuisine for the participants of the seminar (YOUROPE pays for the food, but we kindly ask everyone to cover their own drinks)
A free ticket to all days of Prague Music Week (November 4-6), granting access to the complete conference and evening program. Please note: if you register for the seminar, but don’t show up, you will be charged the full ticket price for Prague Music Week.
