Finnish Roadmap to sustainable live music

Finland Festivals, LiveFIN, Music Finland, the Finnish Jazz Federation, and the Association of Finnish Symphony Orchestras banded together to create the “Live Music Climate Roadmap”, a Finnish roadmap for a more sustainable live music industry.

“The live music climate roadmap sets shared climate goals for the industry, identifies themes for climate actions, and describes specific industry roles and key influence options. The goals are connected with Finland’s 2035 emission goal and IPCC’s 1.5-degree climate target,” it says on the roadmap’s website.

The roadmap covers four areas: transport, energy, consumption, and cultural change.
