Report: Comms, Marketing & Safety Sessions @ Festival Playground 2023
This report summarizes the learnings from several sessions on marketing, communication and event safety that were presented by YOUROPE and our “3F Future-Fit Festivals” project at Festival Playground 2023. Festival Playground is a festival for festivals organized by the German association Höme – Für Festivals, featuring panels, workshops, concerts and more.
Topics included: YOUROPE’s legendary 3D mapping workshop for building the festival of the future, seeing festivals through their visitor’s eyes, emergency planning, how to build a loyal and committed festival community, and ad campaigns on Meta.
