Description

Beats for Love is the biggest electronic music festival in Central Europe and one of the most multi-genre electronic music festivals worldwide. It takes place annually in the unique industrial venue of Dolní Vítkovice in Ostrava, Czech Republic, where music, architecture and atmosphere merge into an exceptional environment.

The festival was founded in 2013 with a bold vision of its CEO and director, Kamil Rudolf: to create a major electronic music event that would be truly accessible to everyone. A symbolic entrance fee “for a renewable cup” and a strong message of love shaped the foundations of the festival, whose iconic heart symbol remains a key part of its identity to this day.

Over the years, Beats for Love has grown into a respected European brand built on accessibility, a high-quality international line-up, an extraordinary venue and a strong focus on visitor experience. During four days, 18 stages host a wide spectrum of electronic music genres, including EDM, house, techno, drum & bass, hardstyle, trance and bass music. This diversity allows every visitor to find their own place within the festival.

A distinctive part of the festival’s identity is its charitable commitment. Through the Beats for Charity initiative, Beats for Love has long supported people in the Moravian-Silesian Region, proving that a large-scale music event can also create meaningful social impact.

In 2025, the festival entered a new era with the introduction of the Beats for Love Universe concept. The industrial area was transformed into a carefully curated festival world divided into three themed zones – Love Sphere, Space Sphere and Industrial Sphere – each with its own atmosphere and visual language. All zones are connected by a central festival artery called Pulse.

Beats for Love Universe expands the experience beyond music through art, light, interactive installations and performances, reinforcing the festival as a distinctive cultural phenomenon with a strong identity and ambition to continue evolving.
