Description

BOtanique aims to offer, in continuity with the usual and distinct artistic quality, the ambitious proposal of exclusive contents, a dense presence of sounds from the world.

No market standard has ever marked the integrity of the different musical genres. The programming is dedicated to quality, artistic value, narrative sense, significant voices of our time, performing talents, expressive urgencies, parameters that have determined the success and international recognition of Estragon in these thirty years.

Promoting and enhancing access to culture has always been the mission of the BOtanique.

BOtanique is located in a University botanical area in the city centre of Bologna. Bologna is a UNESCO Creative City for Music.

The festival has been 100% plastic-free since 2019, and it stands out thanks to its particular attention to environmental sustainability.
