Description

MetalDays Festival is a unique music event; since 2013, more than 12,000 metalheads from more than 70 different countries from all over the world come to one place every year – MetalDays festival. Located in Slovenia, at Lake Velenje, the festival offers the best of two worlds: amazing nature and welcoming surroundings, combined with the best artists and bands that the metal genre has to offer. A friendly and absolutely relaxed atmosphere, perfect for you to just forget about all worries and enjoy your most likely best holiday ever! You will never regret visiting us!

Until 2022, the festival was located at Sotocje, which lies in between the two mountain rivers Tolminka and Soca.

Previous headliners include King Diamond, In Flames, Iced Earth, Motorhead, Amon Amarth, Korn, Down, Lamb of God, Machine head, Nightwish, OverKill, Sonata Arctica, Anthrax, Ensiferum, Meshuggah, Slayer, Blind Guardian, Apocalyptica, Behemoth, Kreator, At The Gates, Mastodon, Arch Enemy, Sepultura, Cradle of Filth and many other acts.
