Description

The Big Day out is Ireland’s biggest independent festival organisation. From the annual outdoor shows at the iconic Gaelic Grounds in Limerick celebrating the biggest acts of the 90s and 00s to its special one indoor arena shows, since 2020 it has become a highlight of the festival calendar. Unique collaborations and performances together with superb production are at the heart of the festival, and it’s powered by regional and local suppliers and support to make the experience unique!

In 2023 a sister festival, Gaelic Sounds, featuring folk and reggae was launched.
