Music for All Foundation accessibility seal

Music for All is a Spanish Foundation that is promoting awareness about accessibility and inclusion by helping cultural events become more accessible and inclusive. They have collaborated with 28 music festivals throughout Spain, such as Mad Cool, Sonorama Ribera, and Mallorca Live.

“Having this experience has led us to create the ‘Accessibility at Music Events Quality Seal.’ This seal compiles all quantitative and qualitative criteria that makes an event of these characteristics accessible and inclusive. And this way, enjoyed by all people,” explains Isabel Díez Monedero, accessibility technician at Music for All.

Spanish based entities such as ONCE (Spanish National Organization of the Blind), COCEMFE (Spanish Confederation of People with Physical and Organic Disabilities), PREDIF (accessible tourism), CNSE (Spanish Confederation of the Deaf), CESYA (Spanish Center for Subtitles and Audio Description) and FIAPAS (Spanish Confederation of Families of Deaf People) have helped create the seal.
