Report: Event Safety @ IBIT Fachtagung 2022
In 2022, YOUROPE presented various panels, workshops and presentations at the 8th IBIT Conference on Event Safety. The conference is an annual event organized by the International Training Center for Event Safety (IBIT), run by long-time YES Group members Sabine Funk and Ralf Zimme. This report summarizes the learnings of the panels presented by YOUROPE.
Topics included: a new understanding of safety, the FAIR research project on a weather app for festivals, a crowd management emergency exercise, and the Wembley Steps Project.
