41st YES Group Seminar, Roskilde 2026

For more than 20 years, Event Safety Managers and other experts have gathered at seminars and workshops organised by the YES Group (YOUROPE Event Safety Group). The clear objective has always been to share knowledge and experience, thereby increasing understanding and developing strong solutions to the challenges faced within event safety. 
 
In 2025 YES Group established a second annual seminar, which will take place in Roskilde (DK) in week 39 every year – kindly hosted by Roskilde Festival. The event is an open seminar (for everyone interested) complimenting the long-standing members-only seminar at ESNS. The setting of the seminar will be welcoming and informal, with a strong emphasis on high professional quality, as well as ample time for valuable networking and meaningful conversations among participants.

Program

YES Group has invited experts from various fields to contribute their knowledge and experience about leadership and decision-making. We will cover questions like:

  • What does an airline-pilot have in common with 4C (Command, Control, Coordination, Communication) at festivals?
  • How does UEFA introduce their 4C approach to the local organization?
  • What can be learned from the 4C of other events and industries?
  • Which tools and support can be used for decision-making?
