Video: "Tools, tools, tools & inspiring festival stories"

A lot has happened since the pandemic, including a lot of good things. During this time, the network of YOUROPE, the European Festival Association, has developed a whole range of high-quality tools, roadmaps and reports with the help of European funding, experts and festivals from all over Europe. All of them are freely available to everyone.

At Future of Festivals fair and conference in Berlin in November 2024, the YOUROPE team gave an insight into many of these tools. These include:

The European Green Festival Roadmap 2030 with concrete measures to make festivals more sustainable
The Diversity & Inclusion Toolset for more diverse and inclusive festivals
The 3F Safety Report, an analysis of the state of festival safety and security between 2022 and 2024
The Festivals for Ukraine Toolkit with fundraising and awareness raising methods for festivals
The Future Festival Tools project’s self-assessment, e-learning course, and inspirational story guide
The FUSION – Festivals as Social Innovation Incubators project’s inspirational story guide and toolbox on creating innovative projects at festivals

All enriched with inspiring best practice examples from leading festivals across Europe.
